I played violin in elementary school, and piano from elementary school through college.
I sang a little bit in choir in elementary school, but then I hit puberty and my voice completely changed. AKA I can't sing no mo'.

I played violin in a youth orchestra during middle school. I kind of wish I would have kept playing.

I started playing the piano when I was 15, had a very traumatic experience at a recital, stopped playing piano when I was 15.

I learned descant reorder in primary school and also had a few violin lessons. Then, aged about 8, I joined the youth steel band and played in that until I was 11 - I was too scared to join the older kids one, I wish I had have done now!! Then, I learned Piano in Secondary school and taught myself to play guitar at home. After leaving school, I discovered I could sing and did some alt-folk singing for while - that led to too much drinking and partying, though, so i gave that up a few years ago.

Violin from ages 5 - 17, and was part of numerous orchestras.
Vocal training from ages 13 - 21.
Sadly, I can't play the violin anymore and my voice is reeeally rusty. 
sometimes I think about picking up one or both again.. But cost and time hold me back. And I hated practicing anyways!

Trombone all through school and was principle trombonist in many bands and orchestras. Trumpet in a marching band, flute, saxophone and piano. All self taught apart from trombone.

I played clarinet for under a month. That doesn't count. I know a song on the piano and a song on the ukulele. Still doesn't count. 
I kinda want to learn one day though.
