I play the piano and we have one.

I used to play trumpet for years but I stopped in college. I still have it, but life kind of got in the way... Same with DH and his saxophone. Sad really. We want to pick up piano!

@mrbee: well I took classical lessons my whole life, but I haven't learned anything new since adulthood (there are a couple Rachmoninoff pieces I have memorized that I play sometimes, but that's about it). Now I mostly just play by ear, and read chord charts for church music and songs my LO likes (like the Frozen soundtrack).

I am much better at playing by ear than readin music (I can read, but it doesn't come as naturally), so that's mostly what I do these days.

Do musical instruments in my LO's toy collection count? Hehe.
