Other than using her name (duh), I call my daughter "Sweetie Pie" and "Little Girl"...And when she's bad, "Cranky-Pants."

Piper is often called "Pipes", "Booboo", "Mama" (Yeah, totally stupid).

Idk how it came about, but one day we called him fishsticks, and it's just stuck, lol.

@ambergontail: I just started calling my daughter lil mama and I don't know where it came from. I wish I could break myself of the habit but so far it seems to be sticking.

In the womb, he was known as "ninja." Now we call him "little dude", "little bunches", and "Elliot-o".

Her pre-born nickname was Ozzy, then after she was born, Chicken, Chicken Nugget, Nugget, Honey, and (my husband hates this) Stinky. There's got to be more than this, because I'm kinda crazy with nicknames. Any adjective + the word pants = awesome nickname in my world.

I called Saera Sae or NuuNuu. Sometimes I call her ehgi or Booboo.
