Diclo with my first and ibuprofen for my second. I tore pretty badly with my first and practically not at all with my second.

dilaudid Was my prescription but I only took one and then was alternating Tylenol and Advil after that.

Motrin, best stuff ever. All I needed was 600mg Motrin for a few days postpartum.

Ibuprofin, which I can't take because it gives me a headache. They offered percocet but I declined and just took Tylenol.

Percocet and ibuprofen after my c section. I didn't end up taking any Percocet, but I was glad to have them on hand just in case!

@coopsmama: it's one of the big cons on adding a third kid for me, but I have many more cons on that list. Glad I'm not crazy, it was incredible pain and I have a really high tolerance.

My midwives "prescribed" an Advil/Tylenol rotation every 4 hours. My husband was like a drill sergeant with them and I was thankful because the few times I forgot to take them, I regretted it!

@lemondrop: I kid you not, when I got my BFP last week it was one of the first things I thought about. Just awful pain!
