My LO is in the 15th percentile for weight, and 42nd percentile for height. She is 4.5 months old.
What percentile is your LO currently in, or were they in at their last appointment?

Not sure, but he's usually 1st for weight and 20th for height. He's 8 months and is probably a little over 15 lbs. He's always been this way and has gained 10 lbs since birth.

At her 4 month appointment, she was in the 97th percentile for height and the 90th percentile for weight. She goes in for her six month appointment on Friday.
Last time I weighed her, about a week ago, she was about 17.5 lb or a little more so I imagine she'll be close to 18 on Friday.

@zippylef: I love it when you answer these things too because it lets me know I'm not the only one with a higher percentile child. : )

I can’t remember – on 12/17 she was 26.5” and basically 17.5lbs. I do remember that she is like 85% for head size which was a lot higher than her other %. She has a big ole head (c-section ftw)

She was in 90th in both. Her 18 month is coming up soon though so this might change.... but she's been pretty consistent either 90 or 95th.

A was 47% for height, 48% for weight, and 60% for head as of last week at her 2 week appt.
GOLD / squash / 13464 posts
Her last appt was her two week and he was 25th for height and weight. We assume she will end up in higher percentages at least for height since hubs and I are both tall. Her two month appr is in a couple weeks and I can't wait to see where she falls.

My DD is 50th for height, 75th for weight and 75th for head. My son was the opposite at that age. He was 99th for height, 99th for weight and 20th for head.

We just went yesterday for LO's 6 month appointment. Her head circumference was 85th percentile, her height was 70th percentile, and her weight was 58th percent. She has pretty much remained on that curve since post birth. She was born at 99th percentile for everything!

@BelugaBean: @zippylef: P is somewhere in the middle of your LOs. Her 9 month appt isn't until february, but at 6 months she was 28" and 19lbs.
97th for height and 90th for weight. She's grown so much in the last 3 months, I can't wait to see how big she is now!

@banana: well, we are below the 1% line. But I'm not sure if we are still at 0.5 or at 0.75. So ultimately 0. Though statistically true zero isn't possible.

@Bao: how do you know??? Is there a chart or do they just tell you at your appointment?
grapefruit / 4291 posts
@Penny Lane: You should be able to check the chart in your Well Child book!
At twelve weeks Miss A was in the 75th for weight, 91st for height and 98th for head circumference.
nectarine / 2163 posts
@Kemma: hahahaha, didn't even think of that. Womp womp.

@banana: My LO wasn't on the chart when we went for his first appointment. He didn't move onto the chart until his 4 month check up when he hit the 5th percentile. My LO was only 4.5 lbs when he was born and that isn't on the chart.
We are currently 5th percentile for weight and 25th percentile for height and head.
