For each girl I have kept their hospital bracelet, first outfit and a special shirt DH had made with their full name on it to 'announce' their gender/name. I'm planning on having their first outfits made into teddy bears by a local woman with mad sewing skills.

My mom and MIL kept baby's umbilical cord stump - they put it into a plastic bag, medical style. Weird, I know.
My mom also collected all of our milk teeth from when I was a kid. So we have 30 year old deciduous teeth lying around the house, thanks to the Tooth Fairy!

I briefly kept the hospital bracelet and threw them away.
I have the blankets they got in the hospital.
Their coming home outfits were made into stuffed animals, so I have those.
I still have their baby hats from the hospital (DD uses them on her dolls)

@cornucopia8: I kept my DS 1st 2 teeth and then decided that was weird and tossed them!

His hospital/NICU bracelet and some of his clothes/hats from the NICU. We're not super sentimental so we didn't keep much.
