I walk to and from the train station so in the winter I wear my insulated waterproof snow boots and change at work. Non designer, LOL.
In warmer weather it's Pumas or flats!

Flat everything! I can wear heels though b/c I really don't walk around much at work. I wear heels on days I really need something to make me feel a lil sexier.

To and from work, I either wear boots or flats (depending on the weather) and at work, I wear heels at my desk and around my general office area, wedges whenever I have to go up or down stairs, or boots/flats on Fridays when I wear jeans.

if it's below like 50, flat riding boots (Fryes mostly). if it's above 50, ballet flats. I have a pair of low black pumps or nude wedges that I occasionally will wear if I really need to look nice but usually just flats.

Heels for me.
I wore flat black boots all through pregnancy and some low heeled brown boots throughout maternity leave so I'm super excited to break out my grey stilettos on Monday when I get ready for work!!

Not sure whether you meant "to" work or "at" work...
To work, I wear flip flops, clogs, or tennis shoes. If it's snowing/icy/raining, then I wear real boots.
At work, I wear my Frye boots (which I also wear "to" work), nice flats, and sometimes heels. I really hate heels, though, so that's fairly unusual.

i never know what my day at work is going to be like since i work in the office of a factory i could be running around the floor, on my feet all day, climbing tall step ladders or just sitting at my desk. I'm usually in sneakers, uggs, flip flops, or if i'm feeling fancy wedges but i usually regret it those days.

I have a pair of awesomely comfortable black wedges that I wear most of the time. Or flats, if my pants aren't too long.

When I worked, usually black pumps. I'm all about comfort - Bandolinos or Soft Style are my faves.
When I worked in the city, I would wear sneakers while commuting and then switch into pumps in the lobby

Dansko clogs- I wrestle dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, and pigs depending on the day. I don't have a high heel kind of job. I like my Dansko's because they are super comfy and look professional.
