I am having boudoir photos taken in a few weeks and I get to bring three outfits with me. I have two of them nailed down: I am going to wear a White Sox crop tee with matching boy shorts from VS Pink and a hot pink push-up bra with black lace trim and matching cheeky underwear also from VS. But I don't know what to wear for the third outfit! I have a satin apron/babydoll from VS (it's ivory with black polka dots) that I could wear. I could also wear one of DH's white business shirts with some lacy underwear and also maybe incorporate one of his ties. Or I could do neither if y'all have a better idea! What do you think?

Do you have anything that can work with a garter and the thigh high stockings? That's my favorite look for boudoir photos, though you could work that in with another looking (like, the business shirt with the stockings, or something).

@Foodnerd81: I do have a couple of outfits with garters that would work with thigh highs, the only problem is I am awful at fastening the clips to the stockings! The shoot is only an hour and I am worried I would waste a lot of time trying to do that. I do think the white business shirt and black thigh highs would look good together, though (and that eliminates the problem of the clips). Thanks for the idea! Oh, and DH has no clue I am getting them done...they are a gift for our first anniversary

I actually did these before our first anniversary and never did anything with them at all, I just have a CD of sexy pictures of my in my drawer. I never even told him I did it, but now that we are TTC, I'm wondering what to do...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the look of men's shirts and lacy panties!! I did one of those as one of my maternity photos for DH and he loves it. I wore his pinstripe dress shirt, lacy panties and a long pearl necklace. I love the shot.
@Foodnerd81: Oooh good call! Thigh highs are my DH's faves too!
As for the time it takes to fasten them - consider just bringing them and asking your photog for help. I'm assuming she has tons of experience with that!

@Foodnerd81: You should definitely show them to your DH! I am not sure if I'll get an album made. I am planning to just give him the digital files and see what he wants to do. I am not sure how practical an album would be (it's not like we're going to set it out on our coffee table, you know?). My mom also house sits for us when we're out of town sometimes so I'd be mortified if she found it!

@lawbee11: I second the pearl necklace idea. Also, check out return policies-- that way if you don't use something you can always return it after but you have the option. I may have ordered super high heels that I would never wear out from Zappos and returned them after wearing them in a photo for 5 minutes.

Honestly, I couldn't stand in those heels, but if you can, do it! I'm a 3 inch heels for very special occasions girl, so I think the ones I got were like, 4.5 inches. Those look higher and HOT.

@Foodnerd81: I just checked the info and those are 5 1/2 (higher than I thought!). Maybe I'll look more in the 4-4 1/2 range...I don't want to hurt myself!

@lawbee11: hahaha those are sexy!! I think because I'm such a practical person, I couldn't purchase shoes just for a shoot - I'd want to be able to wear them elsewhere as well.... SO if it were me, I'd choose a different shoe but only for that reason.
