My DD IS 9m and wears 9m with some 6m still fitting really well.
(at DD age my DS was wearing 18-24m cloths! - so my kids are very differently sized!)

My eldest just had a growth spurt and is in size 7-10/Medium for kids. Some of her 6-6x/Small or XS clothes still fit though, but who knows for how long...
My middle just started wearing more 4T.
My youngest wears 12-18 months.

My 14 month old wears 18m in Carter's sizes (i always found they ran smaller) and 12-18m in gap/old navy tops and 18-24m in bottoms - he is on the long and skinny side apparently!

3 years old, wears a mix of 3T/4T tops. He wears a 3T waist but really needs 4T legs...he's tall and skinny with no butt, so 3T fits his waist okay but are usually too short, and 4T is sagging on him all of the time (I like cinched waist pants for this reason). 4T pajamas.
