DS1 is in Pampers size 5s, but recently started peeing out of them overnight, so we're doing 5's during the day since he gets changed regularly at daycare and using size 6 overnight diapers for bedtime. DS2 has also been in 5s and we're having a similar pee issue for him as well, so now my 13 month old and 33 month old are BOTH in 6 overnight diapers. I hope my 13 month old either potty trains early or stops growing, because I'm scared we're going to run out of diaper sizes!
@sweetiepie: If you have a Target nearby, my friend swears by their nighttime underpants (NOT the training pants). These are like disposable underwear for children who legit have incontinence.

My oldest was in 5s from 18 months until he potty trained at 2.5. My LO is 17 months and has been in 5s since he turned one at least. Probably longer. He's still got a bit left in these but wears a 6 at night.

my two year old just potty trained but hes been in 5s for over a year.
my 8.5 month old does fine in his brothers 5s but we are finishing out the rest of the 4s we have.

My 2 year old is in size 6 and has been for a fee months now.

We ended up in 6s for my DD overnight at 2. She peed through the 5s.
My 20 month old is in 5s now.
