We buy toilet paper, diapers, wipes, and sometimes our favorite snacks. We just buy these at our regular grocery store though. I think buying in bulk, if we use it often, saves us money.

Toilet paper, wipes, canned good (that I use a lot, like diced tomatoes, black beans, corn and chick peas).
I also buy bulk meat, specifically chicken and ground beef. I separate them into dinner-sized portions and freeze them (in the case of the beef 1# bags).

We buy in bulk at BJ’s, a local whole grocer who sells in bulk at almost wholesale price, a Mexican grocer online and at local butcher. Meat is a big saver over the long-term, though it’s a higher upfront cost.
Meat (beef, chicken, pork)
Turkey bacon
Dry goods: rice, quinoa, flour, dry beans, sugar, etc.
Canned: black olives, refried beans, soups, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes
Tortillas (corn and flour)
Water
Wine (by the case at liquor store for 10% discount)
Tea
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Mexican items: mole, some salsas, etc.
I order in bulk (plus subscribe and save discount) off Amazon:
Tuna snackpacks for work (regular tuna salad and spicy Thai tuna salad)
Diapers
Wipes
Beauty products (just the subscribe and save for 5%-10% off Amazon price)

toilet paper, wipes, paper towels, napkins, organic chicken (from costco), canned tomatoes, soap (laundry and dishwashing), prenatal vitamins, and yogurt (we eat a lot of yogurt).
cherry / 176 posts
Formula, toilet paper, paper towels, wipes. Disposable diapers when we use them (cloth diaper about 75% of the time).
cantaloupe / 6610 posts
Wipes, diapers, tp, and paper towels.
I also kind of buy milk in bulk. We drink organic milk so it always expires like 6 weeks from date of purchase, and we go through so much of it with coffee and protein shakes for DH, that I will buy 3 or so gallons at a time bc we will use it up long before it expires!

We love going to Costco to buy in bulk!
We get: toilet paper, wipes, formula, vitamins, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, ground beef, yogurt (sometimes), laundry soap, paper towels, rubber kitchen gloves (I don't do dishes without gloves) and I'm sure there is more I can't think of.
We get diapers from Amazon and it's so convenient.
