I don't think I remember what time but I do remember them telling me to go to bed.
They stopped telling me to go to bed in high school.

I don't remember! I don't think they ever made us go to bed. EVeryone went to sleep at the same time though.. 9-10pm? My mom used to tell me to keep LO up longer so she'd sleep until later in the am. HAHA.

When I was younger, it was 8:30 by the time I was in 6th grade. Yes, 8:30....I was the oldest and they were old school. By the time they got down to number 4, she was up at 10:00 when she was 8! I would call home from college and she would answer the phone. So unfair. I remember when I joined the swim team, we had to have a family meeting because it went later than my bed time. Ahh.....the old days.

My bedtime was 9 when I was younger. My parents would send us to bed and then stay up to watch Masterpiece Theater shows that I thought were scary at the time on PBS lol. I don't remember when we stopped having to go to bed at that time but I do know that by middle school I didn't have a set bed time but they would encourage me to go to bed.

It was 9pm. When I was in high school I had to go to bed when my mom did. So at 10 or 10:30.

My parents never really gave us a bedtime. I remember being up at 10:30pm in 3rd grade and other kids were shocked I could stay up that late.

9pm in elementary school, 10pm in jr high. In high school, I was so busy and focused on school and studying (geek alert!!) that I stayed up however long I needed to, often until like 3am.

It was 8 PM forEVER!!! Or at least I thought it was. I distinctly remember lying to my classmates in grade 7 about that. I don't remember when it changed, but by high school, I had so much homework that I just went to sleep when it was done. And to be fair, I stayed up until all hours in the summer.

I never really had a bed time. I just went to sleep when I was sleepy. If my parents were getting ready for bed, they would tell me to go sleep, but that meant going to bed and turning off the lights.

I always had a bedtime growing up, and it was always earlier than all of my friends' bedtimes. I hated it. I remember being put to bed in the summer while it was still light outside and my much younger neighbors were still playing out in their yard. Once I was old enough to read I would just sneak a book underneath my covers with a flashlight and read for another hour or two after bedtime.

We used to have to be in bed at 8:30 on a school night. or go at 8.00 and be allowed to stay up until 9:00 reading - I used to choose that he he! As soon as we started High School, this went up to 9:30 until year 8 and then we were allowed until 10:00 until year 10. After that no bed curfews. On the weekend things were a lot more flexible. I think I'd follow my parents' lead - my brother does the same with his kids and my BIL allows his kids to stay up really really REALLY late and has a hell of a time with their behaviour.

Oh yeah. I remember my 8pm bedtime. It was still light out and I had to try to fall asleep!! It was raised to 10 in high school.
