Ever since having Olive, I usually leave by 5:03 pm so I can make sure to pick up Charlie before the daycare closes at 6! I like to leave a little buffer in there...

I usually leave at 4:30 and it takes me 20 minutes to get home.

I leave at 4:30. Considering changing my schedule and coming in earlier so I can leave at 4 and totally beat the traffic.

Totally depends on the day. Typically anywhere from 5:30 - 7 though sometimes I have to work later.
When DS is born, I'll need to leave at 5:15 b/c day care will close at 6!

My hrs are not really set. I just need to put in my 8. But the Military prety much conrtols when I work seeing as I work of there sched. So sometimes I can leave as early as 3:30, sometimes its after 5. I come in at 7am.

When I was working, my hours were 8-4, but I usually left around 4:30 and picked up DD at around 5:15 (daycare closes at 6). Sometimes I'd run errands in between work and pick-up.

I leave usually between 5:45 and 6. I get in at 8:30.

I'm a teacher and for the kids, the day ends at 3:15pm. I'm out the door well before 4pm, which some may think is early. But my commute is long and I need to beat traffic. To make up for it, I get to work SUPER early (7:20am...School starts at 9am).

I leave anywhere between 5-6, depending on how long it takes to finish up my last patient. When DD arrives, DH will be the one picking her up from daycare.

4:30 to 5. I get there early though and don't have set hours so I don't feel bad.

On the day I commute to the office I leave at 4:20 the latest, I get the kids from daycare at 5:15. I make up for the short day when I work from home the rest of the week.

Right now, anywhere between 4 and 6, depending on how much work I have piled up on my plate. Once LO is here I am leaving at 4 on the dot though to beat traffic, so anything that's not done will have to be done that night at home or wait until the next day!

5:00 (except on on-Fridays, then it's 4:00). Although it all depends on when I get into the office. If I'm in at 8:07, I leave at 5:07, etc.
