My son gets up just before 7.
Today he naped 1220-135. Bed around 730 I guess?
Yesterday he got up at the same time, naped 1220-220. We mostly still do 2 naps a day. That range anywhere from 30 minutes (usually) to 2 hours (rare).
He's sttn and almost 1. And driving me nuts with his unpredictable naps.

My son is 21 months and naps have just recently gotten predictable/on a schedule (though his night time sleep has been consistent since 9 months). He went through a long phase around 18 months where he needed 2 naps but would normally only take 1, and that 1 nap was all over the map.
Now, he wakes up between 7-8am, nap is between 11:30/noon-2, and he goes to bed between 6:30-7, and STTN.

Get up? Usually around 6:30 or 7. Although today she slept until 8 (woot!)
Nap? We are in the process of moving from 3 naps to 2. We're following sort of a 3-3-4 schedule but I also watch for sleep cues.
Go to bed? Bedtime routine starts at 7:30. Put her down at 8. Sometimes she falls asleep immediately. Sometimes she rolls around until 8:30 or so.
Do they STTN? Last night she did! First time ever!! But generally no. Normal is 1-3 wake ups (just needs paci). But lately we've dealt with some teething that has thrown us for a loop.
How long are naps? Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hrs 30 minutes. Usually around 1hr 15 min though.
How old is LO? 9.5 mo

What time does your LO(s):
Get up? She wakes up usually 630-7
Nap? We are on 2 naps a day, so the first is usually 9/930- 10/1030. Second nap is 130ish-3/330
Go to bed? Around 730, give or take. It depends on what time she woke up from her last nap. We follow the 2-3-4 schedule roughly. It's probably more like 2.5-3-4.
Do they STTN? Yes!
How long are naps? Usually there's a short one in the morning and long in the afternoon. But sometimes (like today), it flip flops.
How old is LO? 13 months.

DS gets up between 7-730am (we shoot for 730). First nap is about 2-2.5 hours after wake up so around 9-9:30am and he usually sleeps about 2 hours. He has a second nap around 1:30pm for about 1.5-2 hours. Then he has a catnap around 6pm for about 30-45 minutes. Bedtime is around 8pm right now because of his catnap. Once he drops it we will go back to the 730pm bedtime he had most of his life. He usually STTN but he will wake up and fuss once a night every few days.

We tried going to 1 nap and it worked for a week then backfired. For now, we are sticking with two and see how it goes later. I also keep hoping he will magically start sleeping until 7:00 a.m.....

Nap? 1 or 2 a day - we seem to be in transition
