haha So I was looking to see what big blockbusters were coming out near Father's Day that my husband would REALLY want to see. So that we can sneak away for a few hours while grandma watches baby.
I saw that they're making a movie out of What To Expect When You're Expecting! Coming out May 18th.

@regberadaisy: DH and I saw the previews when we were TTC. We laughed, but didn't think twice of it. When we went to see the Hunger Games, we saw the poster and DH got super excited to see it when it comes out!

Like @mrsjyw: , we saw the trailer for it when we went to go see The Hunger Games. I didn't think twice about it, but the hubby elbowed me and said, "that looks funny. Wanna go see it?" It caught me off guard and thought "What the crap?!" LOL!!

I want to see it and thought the DH would want to, too. He really didn't seem that interested in it. I've seen a lot of movies for him, so he owes me! I've seen way too many comic book movies. Now, it's his time!

We only go to the theaters 2-3 times a year and only if I have a coupon! So this will def be a renter.

I think it looks ridic... I'll probably pass and won't watch it until it's on HBO. I don't think I'll even Redbox it. Looks like an even worse version of "Valentine's Day" or "New Year's Eve."

I feel like the preview during the Hunger Games (at least the one we saw) made it look more like a guy's movie. Ours heavily featured the guy's perspective - the expecting dad hanging out with the seasoned vets who were giving him pointers on what parenthood is like. I have a sneaky suspicion it'll be less guy-centric than the preview made it seem.

I would love to see it, but our LO will be under a month old when it comes out, so I think I will end up waiting for it to come out on pay per view.

@regberadaisy: I found parts a little condescending and alarmist. Even the app was annoying. Much preferred the Mayo Clinic guide, but that's just me!
