This is week 2 of meal planning and while I know what I have on the menu for the week I still always struggle with deciding what to make any given day. So you ladies can help me!
Last night we had taco's w/ spanish rice, black beans, spicy-corn guacomole, and homemade salsa
On my list for the week is:
1. Fried Chicken w/ mashed potatoes & roasted corn on the cob (in the husks)
2. Curry Chicken on rice noodles instead of rice
3. Spicy fish (tilapia) taco bowls on rice
4. Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-fry (new recipe)
5. Steak w/ broccoli & macaroni
