Besides tacos?
I've got ground turkey defrosting with no idea what to make.
Must be easy and quick since I have about 30-45 minutes to get dinner on the table and am solo tonight with a baby that will likely scream through dinner prep. 
I really need to get some mum mums to occupy her...

I love to make turkey meatballs. I purée bell peppers, garlic, and onion to add to the meat. It makes them really juicy and flavorful.

@FaithFertility: that's a great idea! I have tons of stuff to throw into a casserole and that's something LO will love. Do you add a liquid component? Thanks!
@Leialou: I love this too. I can make mini meatballs and bake in the oven and serve with steamed broccoli and rice. Easy peasy

Quick turkey chili or throw it in pasta sauce? I can usually make a mean hash with ground turkey and a ton of veggies and sweet potatoes too!

I just make spaghetti with meat sauce, but sub in ground turkey for the ground beef. Definitely done in less than 30 mins! And you don't have to get your hands dirty with meatballs.
