I know that there are many creative cooks here on Hellobee, and I'm hoping to tap into some of your knowledge!

I made a beef roast last night in the slow cooker, and it actually turned out a little on the dry side. We have about 1/2 of it left now just sitting in the fridge. What can I use the leftover beef roast for? The way I cooked it last night was just in a little beef broth, and some seasonings (garlic, onion, seasoning salt)

How would you use the left over beef?
