What could I wear over this dress? Like, a cardigan or a blazer or what? Is this too Spring or could it still look nice in the Fall too? I'm hopeless at this stuff!

You could wear anything over this dress! Short/long cardigan (belt the long one) or a fitted blazer. And it could be a dress for fall too, especially with some black tights and ankle boots. Too cute!

For spring time., I would go cardigan, but for fall a blazer to tone it down. You could wear a scarf or a chunky necklace, and shoes will differ by season. I might do boots in the fall. Be careful not to go too pastel in the fall or you will look like an Easter egg!

@MsLipGloss: I didn't even think of tights and boots! Love that!!
@Mrs. J: I don't know if I could pick a scarf or necklace to go with it...I'm really terrible at this stuff. but I definitely dont want to look like an Easter egg lol!

I love that dress! It's so pretty, very spring/summery but you can make it work with tights for fall.
I'd wear a very thin cardigan so you can still see the shape underneath. I have an old J Crew "tissue" thin cardigan that is the only one that works well with dresses for me. Fitted blazers look great on other people but on me they always look wrong.

@Foodnerd81: for fall should I wear a dark cardigan too? Im not sure how a.blazer will look on me and I think I'd rewear the cardigan a lot more.

@Koolbreeze: I think a dark cardigan would look good-- especially, say navy, with navy tights and brown boots or something. But I also think a cream colored (or white, can't tell if the dress has one or the other in there) with black tights would be ok too. I'm actually terrible at layering with dresses though!

I would pair it with a navy fitted blazer. In the fall, I agree with layering with a scarf or funky jewelry, tights, and boots.
ETA: I think that fitted blazers look great on most body types. I think you would wear one more than you think. It is so easy to throw a blazer over a t-shirt with jeans and boots in the fall.

I think a navy belted cardigan would be perfect. It would work for fall if you are in a warmer climate. Yellow, to me, is too sunny for fall/winter and I always think of bumble bees when I see people pair it with black.

omg I am in love with this dress. where did you get it?!?! it's gorgeous and my favorite color!!!
navy and grey would be the best complement colors in my opinion although a light white cardigan would be sweet looking too.
For fall pair with a navy or grey cardi, one accessory like a belt or scarf, and then boots/booties and you're good to go. Adorable and versatile dress!

@oliviaoblivia: I will 100% back this response up! Basically you said exactly what I would have.
You could also try a grey, I love grey and that bright yellow together.

@babyjmama: yep. Gray would be nice too!
Also, it's a really cute dress.

@oliviaoblivia: yeah I just posted on IG that I never wear dresses, but this dress could be the exception.

@oliviaoblivia: AH! A bumble bee! I knew there was a reason I kept thinking in my head black might be weird....that's why! Lol. I live in NC so fall isn't too cold. I think I like the idea of gray best.
@Mrs. Pen: Dillards! I love it!
Thank you everyone for the suggestions!

@babyjmama: I never wear dresses either. I love this dress though! It took me a while to find the right type of fit for me.
