We live 13 miles from Center City Philly, so there's TONS around here. The Art Museum (and Rocky steps, of course), Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House...all that good old stuff. Hubs and I took a day off work a couple years ago to play tourist and had so much fun. We hadn't done all the touristy historical stuff since we came to Philly on a field trip in elementary school. We're also super close to the Philly Zoo, which is always a fun time. But there's so much stuff in Philly, we really love it here!

I'm an hour and a half from Disney.... so we have a lot of touristy things there. Around here we have the beach. And we have kitschy roadside stops like Dinasaur World.
I love touristy places, even in my home town!

I live about 20 minutes from the Hershey Chocolate Factory.....and we're actually delivering in Hershey. We're also about 2 hours from Philadelphia, where we used to live....Liberty Bell, The National Constitution Center, The Philadelphia Museum of Art/Rocky Statue, etc. And Valley Forge is between us and Philly.

Well... I live about a 1/2 hour from Cambridge, England. So there's Kings College, Cambridge University, etc. I also only live about 70 miles from London, so Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Tower of London, Parliament, Big Ben, the Thames, museums, etc. Also close by are the Sandringham Estate, and Ely Cathedral.
If you go into the 2 hour range, you can see Dover, Stonehenge, Bath, etc. England is pretty small. You can drive pretty much anywhere pretty easily.
As another fun fact, the smallest pub in England is about 20 minutes from my house. lol
