My mom made sandwiches with white bread (never wheat), we got a juice box like Hi-C or Capri Sun, we got snacks like fruit roll-ups and chips, Lunchables.... She did pack healthy food too (korean food is healthy and lots of fruit), but mostly it was a lot of carbs, snacks and sugar like all the other kids!

Sometimes I wish life were simple like that again, but I think so much about everything I feed my kids.
