after reading mrs. bee's post on the bee childrens' vitamins, she reminded me i really need to add a probiotic to what i take again!

right now i take:
B12 injections (i have a deficiency & can't absorb it other ways)
flinstone multivitamin (i have an abnormally high folate level so i don't take regular prenatals with mega folate amounts because high folate + low B12 combo has been shown to lead to more cognitive impairments later in life than low B12 & a low or normal folate level & i don't worry about not having enough folate for a healthy pregnancy, when the time comes, because mine is already high)
fish oil
royal jelly
D3
calcium
and a blend of chinese herbs from my acupuncturist

what do you take?
