Historically I have been really bad about taking vitamins. Lately I've been taking a daily multivitamin, 5000 mg of vit d (I have a severe deficiency), and birth control. I really want to add probiotics and fish oil which I have, but never get around to taking because I have to eat it.
How many vitamins/supplements do you take daily?
