for infancy?
mine for DD1 was probably her swing. she loved it.
for DD2, she likes the swing but she really, really likes her changing table. HAHA. does that count?

Her A&A swaddle. I Did not use it for nighttime, but if she was fussy during the day I'd wrap her up and cuddle her and she would calm right down. Did not work with other blankets for some reason!

@sorrycharlie: haha we used to sometimes put C on her changing table just to calm her down. It was her happy place for a while. I forgot about that!
The yoga/ exercise ball that we had way before pregnancy was probably our mvp of infancy. We spend so many hours bouncing on it. Close follow up is the moby. Most hours not spent on the ball were in the Moby I think.

DD - rock'n'play
DS - swing
I'm also a huge fan of the summer infant velcro swaddles for both.

The bouncy seat just because I could take it room to room.

Rock n play. I'm thinking of buying another for LO2 so I can keep them on both floors.

Rock n play, fo sho. We didn't discover it until 6 weeks in and it was a life changer.
Also...Dr Brown's formula pitcher! It sounds so silly but I have 2 of them and it has made it all so much easier.

@charlotte: that's a great idea! I have one at my apt, at my parents and at my inlaws. He's too big for it now, but the handful of times we needed it in those places it was priceless.

Oh gosh so many things. Her mobile was up there. By 6 weeks, she would lay there and stare at it. Also her crib mirror. IT has paid itself off numerous times over with AM entertainment so we could sleep

Ergo because it was the only way to guarantee a decent afternoon nap. And exercise ball because it was the only way to get her to stop crying.

@Foodnerd81: Ahh! I forgot about that! We used my yoga ball to bounce her to sleep/calm her down soooo many hours. She did not like the swing. Second lifesaver was the Baby K'tan.

With DS it was the bouncy seat. He lived in that thing! We never used it for DD -- she was a swing girl through and through!

Moby wrap, exercise ball, and a white noise app on my phone. Combine the 3 and I could USUALLY get my colicky baby to sleep!

DS - the swing but I only borrowed one from a friend when he was 4 months and it was too late by that time! He used it for maybe a few weeks
DD1 - the baby carrier, she loved being next to me all day
DD2 - jumperoo!

The Baby Bjorn bouncer. My son sat in it all the time, and I loved how light it was and easy to transport. It folds flat, so we would take it everywhere.
