Our daughter gets a little white chocolate every time she does something new! Peeing on the little potty, peeing on the big potty, going on an outside potty... chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!! Plus a big hug and high fives all around.

My LO goes on the potty for high fives. I tried m&m's briefly (for no good reason...high fives were working), but then she wanted m&ms when it wasn't time to use the potty and it was becoming a problem, so I went back to just praise/high fives.
