Wardrobe and chest of drawers for LO's room. Does that count as "gear"?

@winniebee: Yay! I hope you love it as much as we do! What color did you get?
I can't really remember. Probably the second jumperoo but that was a long time ago! They'll need their convertible seats soon though.

Big girl bedroom set for DD! (Twin bed, guardrail, night stand, dresser)

@winniebee: you did it!
Hmm I didn't use my $ to buy it (had giftcard) but the last big thing I bought was the babycare playmat for DD.

@winniebee: @oliviaoblivia: Agh! I can't decide between these two strollers!
Our last big purchase was the double monitor and a Tula I bought yesterday.

It's been awhile! We're buying a cedar outdoor play set this week though! Oh and DD2 needs a convertible car seat soon.

Hmmm, i bought a new diaper bag? Most of our gear we are re-using from DD1. We will be getting a convertible seat before too long.

@ValentineMommy: the Indie Twin is way better looking. Width is an issue where we are (downtown in a very urban area) and I like the forward facing option with the carrycot on the Duet. Also I got it for only $450CDN ($340 USD). I do not argue with a bargain.

@autumnlove: us too! Her mattress is so comfy I sometimes want to fall asleep in it when reading her bedtime stories.

We just got a FunPod for our 17 month old. She loves hanging out with us in the kitchen now!

@oliviaoblivia: I wish we could try them both out, but we only have the indie twin in our area! Argh....decisions, decisions....

The Chicco Keyfit 30 Infant Carseat, in Techna. We're installing it this weekend with 2 1/2 weeks to go until my EDD. Things are getting real!

@autumnlove: Eek! Good luck with the transition.
@chopsuey: Nice! We just did the Britax Frontier.

We haven't bought a single thing for LO yet! Just some Etsy prints for the nursery walls. We're trying to be at least somewhat minimalist and get all we can secondhand or gifted, and that approach has been going really well so far. Now though, we're done with our showers so it is definitely time to purchase remaining items. We already have pretty much all the big, expensive stuff, but we do need at least 12-18 one-size cloth diapers, so that will be a major purchase.

Nothing for a while... I think it was either the convertible seat or the ergo.

DS' big boy furniture: nightstand, bed, mattress, sheets, and dresser.
For DS#2, we'll probably be buying a new infant car seat soon.

@Astro Bee: It's sooo easy to install, especially with the latch system. Took me less than 5 min and they police who checked the seat said I did a good job (they just managed to tighten it a bit more).

@winniebee: Oh Bumbleride! I love our Bumbleride Indie. We haven't figured out what we're doing for two kids, but love our Bumbleride stroller so much.
ETA: I'm thinking about getting a Tula plus infant insert and a K'tan.

Glider armchair and ottoman for the nursery. They'll definitely be the most expensive things we wind up buying. Technically we bought a car seat more recently, but DH got the wrong one so we cancelled that order.

Hmmm, it's been a while since we've gotten anything...DD is 14 months so we're in a nice stage where we don't really need anything new. I think the last gear we bought was a 2nd convertible carseat for our 2nd vehicle to make the daycare drop-off/pick-up between 2 cars easier (it was just the Cosco Scenera; something inexpensive but still safe). Next gear we'll need to buy will be a big-girl bed: she's in a pack and play now (instead of a crib) but we'll transition her into a mattress on the floor probably around age 2.

Prepping for summer and better weather I bought DD a water/sand table. But it wasn't $$$$ really

The last thing was DS's new car seat. I don't foresee any new gear until we have to switch LO2 out of her crib, which probably won't be for at least another year.

It's been awhile - but we're planning on getting a bike trailer for this summer! Hoping we can find a good deal on craigslist though.

Still prepping for baby so the latest buys were a chair for the nursery and a baby monitor.
