I just started having DD dress herself in the mornings. We pick out her clothes the night before. It is a nice time saver. Then all I have to do is supervise teeth brushing and then she is ready!

Well, we'll see if it really helps, but we've been pushing R's bedtime back in preparation for the time change tonight. She's been a champ and been sleeping in later too, so I'm hopeful that we have a seamless transition!

@Andrea: that was an awesome win for us as well, picking out clothes the night before. Mornings went much better, and there aren't any more meltdowns about clothes any more!

@birdofafeather: I did that when DD was a baby and it worked like a charm. I'm just going to keep the kids up later tonight and hope for the best! Good luck to us, lol! Thanks for answering my zero reply thread, too.
