Senior--had an older boyfriend but went to prom with one of the cutest 'eligible bachelors' in our high school, skipped school for the beach, went off campus for lunch, innocent end-of the-year senior prank, counselor's assistant, getting rides to school in a red Corvette. I was so cool I refused to carry around a backpack or paper. I just borrowed what I needed off of others. Looking back, of course, these are definitely not markers of cool...more like immaturity... but I thought I was cool at the time!

Never cool! I was shy and geeky growing up, and when I got to high school I blossomed and got contacts, grew my hair long, etc. But I was already known as a geek. I was a cheerleader one season for basketball (my parents made me quit) and I did "date" a really cute guy a year below me (no one believed it! But we were in drama together) but that was the extent of my touches with coolness.

Grade 10. It was fun getting to know all of the other kids, then it seemed by grade 11 all the cliques formed and and I just stuck to a few friends.

I was unpopular the entire time. I was really shy, coupled with awkward pre-puberty looks and awful glasses, not to mention I started there in 10th grade. High school was awful. College was awesome. I really found my niche there and am still close friends with my group today.
