We took my LO camping at Disney. But we cheated and got a cabin.... you have to book a long time in advance so we didn't know if LO would be STTN yet and didn't want to disturb other campers, plus we were worried about the weather with a newborn. You just never know in Florida if it will be freezing or crazy hot. She was 3 months. We ended up being very thankful for the cabin. It poured the entire weekend!

LO was 6.5 months when we went to Florida.

LO was 5 months old when we took him to the beach for the weekend. He adjusted pretty well to a new surrounding but didn't particularly enjoy the breeze, water, or sand.

LO was 5 months when I took him to London. Was surprised at how well behaved he was.

DS was 4 months his first time in Hawaii. DD was 10 months her first time in Hawaii.

I didn't know you can camp at Disney. We took LO on his first trip around 5 months.

@artbee: I love camping at Disney! We usually tent camp, and are trying to decide how old she should be for her first camping adventure.
Her first actual vacation will be in Oct (she'll be 6 months) to Maggie Valley in NC with the in-laws. They have a house there, so we are going to see the leaves changing.

LO will be 5.5 months old on our first family vacation to Martha's Vineyard at the end of June!

We went to the OBX for the weekend when she was 2 months. It's only like 45 minutes away, but I'm stil counting it as her first vacation!
