In elementary school having Z. Caverichi's was so awesome. High school was Holllister, AF, American Eagle, and express.

Middle school was all about Abercrombie and Fitch. High school was a lot of Ralph Lauren and J Crew. I went to boarding school so we were preppy.

@jessiejo17: OMG Z Cavaricci and Girbaud jeans.
Anybody remember Girbauds? Or am I showing my age? I was born in 80 and I know I'm no spring chicken compared to some of you;)

@mrsjyw: I had a purple Girbaud skirt and I thought I was hot shit!
We also wore those hypercolor shirts, where they kind of looked tie-dyed and when you applied heat, like your hand, they would change colors. I wore that with the purple Girbaud skirt, oh yes I did!

In jr. high it was l.e.i jeans. Had to have them! American eagle was popular because Dawson's Creek had just come out. Then freshman year was when the Abercrombie and Fitch craze. After that, I don't remeber anything specific!

Is it weird that I honestly can't remember at all?? But I KNOW brand names were a big deal to me because I didn't get them often... Weird.

@jholler25: Hell yes Hypercolor! I wanted a Hypercolor shirt so bad, my parents bought me a B.U.M. equipment one instead that was all white but had a cartoon dude on it and different pieces of his clothing turned colors. I was so disappointed lol -- what an ingrate I was.
The Gap was really popular when I was in middle school, all the cool girls would wear khaki shorts with really huge oversized bright colored pocket T-shirts, and cuff the short sleeves lol. And Keds.
Then Abercrombie in high school. Shoes, Birkenstocks and TEVAs were really popular. I had fake versions of each lol. We called them "Colorado Birkenstocks."
