I'm struggling with what to spend on our nephews. Thankfully we only have 2 to buy for but the youngest just turned 1 this month. I was thinking ~$20 per kid. But we have to take shipping into account because we won't see them for the holidays. And we're not super close with our family members, but they always send nice gifts so we like to reciprocate.
So....what will you spend on your nieces and nephews for the holidays?

We're spending $20 per nephew (4 of them) this year, on GCs. We don't have a hard limit, though, but we try to stay under $30.

Both families have agreed to do a white elephant or pollyanna for the adults, so I can put more money into the gifts for my nieces and nephews. For older kids, I like to spend between $60-100. For the infants, I'll get them a small gift and a check.

We have 6 total; 4 on my side and 2 on DH's side.
I budgeted about $50-75 per kid. But I ended up spending more than that on DH's nieces. It's their first time flying solo to come visit for Christmas. So, we got them personalized PBK suitcases. I got it on sale and with a coupon and it was still over budget. But oh well, it's not every year and I sure hope they LOVE them!
Still waiting on the other four to tell me what they want!
We are very close with all our nieces and nephews! Our siblings are also more than generous with our kids.
P.S. I always buy online for them. My sister in laws usually wrap for me.

I *just* placed an order for my niece (she's under 2). With shipping it was about $45. I let my husband deal with the nephews on his side.

I used to do 20, now we do drawing of names on my side, so I buy 2 gifts $30-40 and spend $40 on DH's side (2)

We have a niece who is 8 and nephew who is 6. We probably spent around $60 on each. Each one is going to receive two toys and a book.

Around $40 each. We have three. I also buy for my cousin's kids, since there are 10 of them, I try and keep it to $15.

We have two and we keep it around $40 each. Before we had our own kids we spoiled them pretty bad though.

We have 2 and spend about $30-40 per kid. It's just me and my sis so we consult with each other beforehand and it ends up being that we both end up spending the same amount on each others' families. We try to coordinate what we each get of our nieces since they are the same age/besties and have very similar interests.

I have three nieces, and we spend about $60 - $75 on each. I went over budget with one of them and spent almost $90. 
DH has 12 cousins on his side, and I try to limit to $10 each. Main reason why I spend so much on my side is because they're all very generous to my kids and spend around the same, if not more.

We have a budget of $50 per family. So my DHs sisters each have two kids, so it's $25 for each. We only have DS, so they spend $50 on him. We also only buy for one family each year and then switch the next. Just started this year, so we will see how it goes. Usually I would spend about $50 per kid. They just started this rule coincidently the same year our LO was born.

This is actually tricky for me because we only have two and they are on DH's side, and he told me to spend $75-100 on each one this year. However he doesn't actually do any of the shopping for them. I just did the math and apparently only spent $35 on each of them. Oh well!

I have 3 (2 nephews and 1 niece) - I spent $100/each. I have two psuedo's (BFFs kids) that I spend about $30/each.
DH has one niece and one nephew - he spends about $30/each.
We do not buy for their parents (our siblings).

We have 8 nieces and nephews in three families. We bake homemade treats (last year was homemade s'mores) and buy a family board game for each of the three families. Usually spend about $15-20 per family, so $45-60 total.

Wow I don't even have my own kids to spend on and still only spent $10 each on my nephew and niece! They're young, already have so much stuff, and will get completely spoiled by both sets of grandparents. I'd rather be able to spend more on their parents!
I still picked out something I thought they'd each like and confirmed with my sister. I imagine I'll spend more as they get older, or as more kids are added to the family, we will do Secret Santa. Any more $$ would blow my holiday budget out of the water!

About $10/head
We have a big extended family so everyone that isn't immediate family (ie me, DH, DD) gets a $10 gift. I literally start shopping on Boxing Day though, and shop sales and clearance (+ a bunch of other ways of getting a deal) year round

Just my cousin has kids so I spend $30ish. If we ever get a niece or nephew I'm sure we will spend $100 ish. I doubt we will have many or any at all!

I only have 1 niece so our situation is different, but it's my brother's daughter and I adore her. I had $50 in gap cash and I got her $100 in Gap clothes and 1 pair of shoes for $50 after Gap cash applied. I also got her a couple of other things for about $50. I wouldn't spend as much if we had more nieces and nephews to buy for...Man, she's cute though, so I have a soft spot:)

There are so many now (6 altogether) that we agreed to do a book exchange of approximately $10 per kid. It just previously got way out of hand.
