On whole30 I've given up pretty much everything other than vegetables and meat. My cravings aren't that bad. The only thing I really miss is wine!

I wanted to say coffee, haha, but it's not one of your choices! So glad the Whole30 didn't require caffeine elimination.
... I sound like an addict...
(ok fine. I am an addict)
Eta: I voted fruit

Sweets. My doctor has had me cut carbs and sugar before and I always miss sugar the most.

There's no way I could do Whole30! It would all be sooooo hard, but I picked sweets/chocolate because that is one thing I really crave a lot. It does tend to subside if I don't have it for a while, but then I always sub fruit, so I'd be miserable on whole30!!

I voted fruit because I already eat "clean" / minimal dairy. I don't add sweetener to things & I'm doing a challenge that requires me to go without chocolate/sweets for 21 days (I'm on day 9 & don't even miss it!) but I still have an addiction to sugar in the form of fruit. I try to cut back but I seriously love fruit & it's hard.

I have zero issues giving up carbs. I go days without them, as is.
Sugar all the way!!!!
Eta: just so were clear, I mean carbs as in grains, starches and all that. I don't means te carbs you'll find in some fruit & veggies.

I said alcohol, since I didn't give up wine when I did a Whole30.
But I haven't had any trouble giving up alcohol now that I'm pregnant, so I guess it's just a matter of will power.

You can't have fruit in the whole30?! isn't it a "whole" food though??

@charmed: you didn't give up alcohol? how were your results?

All of the above! I have no interest in giving anything up, I'm more of a moderation kind of girl.

@Mrs. Bee: I still had good results - felt much better, lost weight, got rid of sugar cravings.
I only had a couple glasses of red wine maybe 3 or 4 times though, I didn't have any hard alcohol or beer.

Sweets are the hardest. As long as I have some fruit/berries I'm okay though.
Today has been so nice and I spent the whole day with cobi- I desperately wanted to bike to the local ice cream place and grab a cone!

I voted carbs, but I'm guessing my Mountain Dew addiction would also not be okay while on this diet, haha.

Well, I don't drink alcohol, and I don't eat any fruit (I'm the worst picky eater ever), so those two are easy. But I pretty much live off of the other three, so I picked sweets but really I'd go nuts giving up any of them! I cannot tell you how much I hope my GD screening goes well so I don't have to worry about that.

Tie between sweets and carbs!! GD really sucked until I got used to the diet...

Alcohol
But then I give it up every time I'm pregnant so it's doable just harrrrd.

Carbs. I'm a vegetarian already so I would be super limited in what I can eat!

Oh carbs all the way! I'm eating saltine crackers as I'm typing!

Carbs. Which is what my dermatologist is recommending I do for my skin.

Coffee creamer! And then sweets or simple carbs...although, I haven't had sweets/simple carbs for 5 weeks and I'm not craving them. But I do eat fruit in moderation so maybe that ties me over (I look forward to eating a peach every day).
