To turn into an Eternity Leave and not have to go back to work!

@PrincessBaby: @smocks: I'm doing that! BUT on the down side, our disposable income is going down the crapper...so at least yours won't? -silver lining!-

@tororojo: Lucky!! I wish I had the option, lol. DH isn't making any $ at the moment (med school) so it'll be 5+ years before it may even be an option.

I'm not there yet but I will say this is what I'd wish for...
a) a pay check
b) a friend to be on mat leave with (most of my friends with kids are in a different city)
c) spring to come reallllly fast so we don't have to suffer in the -30 weather. I'll definitely have cabin fever and be itching to get out on walks

Prepared meals and someone to take the baby at night just once or twice a week. (I haven't had more than 4.5 hours of continuous sleep in almost 5 months now.). Other than that, what @Princessbaby said -*eternity leave* !

@PrincessBaby: amen sister or at least give us something equivalent to our Canadian neighbors to the North! PAID maternity leave for a YEAR!!!!!

My mat leave has actually been pretty awesome (Canada FTW!) but if I wanted to make it extra super awesome would be a housekeeper every second week would make my life amazing!!

@PrincessBaby: yes!
It would have been more awesome if I was braver about going out by myself with the baby. I've only done it a handful of times and most of my leave has been spent cooped up at home.

Not having to go back!!! Negotiating down from there, if I could just afford to take a year off for each baby that would be really, really nice.
In addition, yeah, a fried off at the same time would be great!

A chef, a maid, massages, and a dedicated diaper changer (that I never have to ask)! A girl can dream ;D

@mediagirl: this! I was super lucky and had hubs for 5 weeks but if he could be home for all 15 (and get paid in full like I do) that would be wonderful!

Mine was pretty great. My husband is a SAHD, so he was there every step of the way with me. I had nearly enough paid time off accrued that we didn't lose out on much $$.
It would have been great to have family nearby to watch LO while we cleaned and cooked (I don't like to have other people clean my house and no one in our family really cooks).
Oh, if it hadn't been SO HOT this summer, that would have made it amazing. Everywhere we tried to take LO the A/C was broken and she would overheat instantly. Poor thing.

still getting paid would have been amazing. Not having a paycheck made outings a little less fun with no money to spend on extras!

Its not here yet. Oh gosh please be next week...or NOW (39wks)
1) a paycheck
2) DH being home for all of it and not leaving 1/2 through it
