I signed up to bring a meal to someone that I don't know in my local Moms Club. They did a meal train for me after I had LO2 and I was so grateful and absolutely want to repay the favor. I cook but definitely nothing fancy and I would say that most of my favorites are pretty carb-heavy. I see now that the specifications are:
Favorite meals: None specified
Least Favorite meals: mayo, blue cheese, tuna, mustard
Allergies or dietary restrictions:
My husband is diabetic and is allergic to blue cheese. ("He has to eat low carb and "good carb". Small amounts of whole grains, potatoes and fruit. He avoids rice, sugars, and pasta as these are empty carbs.")
