...that can make or break your general sense of health and wellness? Is there something that you do or avoid doing that makes the biggest difference?

For me it's drinking water (which I'm generally terrible at). I can exercise and have a good, clean eating day, but if I'm not getting at least 60oz of water I tend to feel bloated and unhealthy anyway. On the other hand, I can eat like crap and sit on the patio all day, but if I've got my water I'm generally still good to go the next day.
