If a professional office gave you free treatment over the last year and you have just finished.

I just got my braces off this week and my treatment was a professional courtesy. I would love to send something to the office for the orthodontist and staff, but I can't think of anything good. An edible arrangement? That's the only thing I can think of. Any ideas??
