#1 - Be aware of your body language. I usually cross my legs and lean towards them, nod my head and make good eye contact (but not in a heeby jeeby way). Try to come off as inviting, warm, and engaged as possible. Most interviewers know within the first 5 minutes whether or not they like you - they already know your qualifications based on your resume and if you didn't meet them you wouldn't have been called into an interview in the first place. The interview is really for them to get a sense of who you are and what you offer. Exude confidence and know what you're talking about (study the position and study the company before you walk through that door!).

Connecting with the interviewer is key!

I agree with PP that eye contact/body language is most important.

Take notice to things in the interviewers office. Some of the easiest interviews I've had is when I've noticed or shown an interest in my interviewer. It's the best when they spend a lot of the interview answering questions you have. If they are bringing you in, you usually have the credentials to do the job and most of the times they are seeing if you would fit in the atmosphere/group.

Before interview: firm handshake
During interview: Eye contact, smile, and personality
After interview: thank you letter/email

3. Try and relax and be yourself! Don't be intimidated, rather come to learn about the job [ definitely be observant and ask questions] and share about yourself Like others say they most likely want to see if your a "fit" !

Wear a suit! Or at least dress appropriately

You've already gotten a lot of great advice. The only thing I would add is to go into the interview feeling confident about yourself and your ability to do the job. This will help set the tone for the interview. Sometimes if I'm nervous, it helps to mentally pump myself up before the interview by telling myself how awesome I am and how great I would be at this job.

Be yourself- make sure it is a place you will feel comfortable and happy. Send a thank you note afterwards.
