I just finished making homemade pizza; spinach, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheese with an alfredo sauce. Oh yum yum. It's cooling now and can't wait to eat it!!

Dinner was me shredding meat from a leftover rotisserie chicken like a mad woman during the one 50 minute nap M took all day. And oh a rice tamale that's in the fridge. Thank god for my mom who left food in the fridge for me this week since she's in Toronto.

@regberadaisy: for the first 4-6 weeks I lived on meals from other people too. It was seriously a lifesaver!! I couldn't have done it on my own.

We made chicken wings and they were so good! We don't have any good chicken wing places here so it's always a treat. My dad and siblings are in town and my dad cooked them up. Ahh they were so good!!

I had green beans, corn, and something my mom calls S.O.S. ... Hamburger meat browned and topped with cream of mushroom soup. It's served on a biscuit. I'm visiting family this week and the hardest part about it is not being able to cook for myself and eat what I normally eat.

Linguine with a quick sauce of diced tomatoes, pureed canned chickpeas, garlic, crushed red pepper and a bit of stock. And parm cheese. Lots of parm cheese.

Potatoes au gratin. Terrible! DH had that and ribs, but my LO is not a fan of pork, so I just had the side.

A quick bowl of cereal since I had a review session to run with my students tonight, after I got home, I topped it off with a glass of wine, some cheese curds, and some Sun chips. Awesome.

I'm a huge pizza fan so send along any leftovers if you'd like. Ha! I've been busy studying for a certification exam so I haven't stepped foot in the kitchen for a couple weeks now. Super sad. Hubby brought home some burgers after his tennis match last night.
