I didn't date until college, but I did have a crush at one point. I have no idea what happened to her! The whole thing taught me a lot about confidence though, or at least the lack thereof. Once I figured that out, then dating became a lot easier!

Honestly? Too many to keep track, especially if we are just adding in crushes.
I recently stumbled on my first college boyfriend's FB profile (when he commented on a friend of a friend's political post that somehow showed up in my feed) and his physical changes are shocking. He was smoking hot--like seriously the hottest guy in our combined dorms--girls were constantly falling all over him, which ended up being our demise. But his FB pictures--he's totally unrecognizable. Probably 100 lbs heavier, yellow teeth. It made me wonder if he had a mental illness or a drug problem--he got kicked out of our university for having pot in the dorms. And of course, this was all 17 years ago now (a lifetime!).
One of my HS flames is now a doctor. Another is an MMA fighter (true story).

The only guy I dated seriously in high school (and part of college) is now heavily into the EDM scene and recreational drugs, which is so weird, b/c when we dated he was really involved with ROTC, very clean-cut - and his top choice in music then was bad pop rock.

Crush: married with kids, lives a couple hours from where we grew up. We're not in contact, but we're from a small town so I hear about him now and then.
Ex: married (I went to the wedding), one kid, lives several states away from where we grew up, saw each other recently when we were visiting our families at the same time. We're not super close anymore, but I still consider him a good friend.

I have no idea where he is now, but I randomly ran into him at a bar in college. His words, and I quote were "holy shit! You turned out hot!" HAHAHA. I didn't really come into my own until college. I was a nerd in high school. He treated me nice enough (we had a class together where we had to work together a lot) but he definitely never thought twice about me. So when I saw him at the bar, I was with my now husband, I just said "thanks" and "nice to see you" and went on my way. It was such an amazing feeling!

My high school crush just recently got married. I know because we are FB friends. We've both moved out of province but only live a few hours from each other.
My high school boyfriend also moved out of province and lives a couple hours from me. He's not married but is doing well for himself. We are also FB friends and last time I saw him was probably 14 years ago!

HS boyfriend (who I almost got back together with about 6 months before meeting dh) moved overseas, got married, and has 2 kids now, I think. Dh and I bumped into him once in our hometown before he moved/met his wife. I thought it was super awkward, but when I asked dh if it bothered him or made him uncomfortable/jealous, he was like "no way, you're mine now"

Turned out my biggest crush was gay. He broke up with his girlfriend in his senior year and came out. Last I heard he was a stripper!
My ex stayed local, didn't go to college. He is married with 2 kids and I think works in a garage.

Wasn't really highschool (I was 19,he was 17), but he was my first boyfriend. He's been living in Germany getting his PhD and traveling all over. Seems like he has a long term girlfriend. He's still a nerd, haha.

I never really dated until after high school, but major crush #1 was shipped off to military school in 10th or 11th grade...haven't heard from him since. Major crush #2 still lives in the area, and plays weird instrumental music and I'm not entirely sure what he does for a job. I ran into him a few months ago when I was at a festival w/ DH and I got weirdly awkward about it. Just like high school. What's wrong with me?!

No idea for my (many) crushes or my ex. I had one "boyfriend" freshman year but we maybe held hands. I just didn't have the guts to say no when he asked me out. He is racking up degrees. Cal, Harvard, and I forget where now.
I'm glad Facebook wasn't around in high school. I was boy crazy and it would not have been a positive thing for me.

they guy i dated for a long time in high school and still had an on/off thing in the early college years is now married and has 3 kids - they live in the midwest. he's still kindof a douche.... i used to follow him on insta but stopped a year or so ago, for no real reason except I jsut had no connection with him or his life at all, and i save insta for just close & personal friends, and food instagrams.

1st high school BF: He is doing his residency at his dream hospital and is married to a wonderful woman who is a nurse. Still friends with him but mostly through social media since we live pretty far apart.
2nd high school BF: He is a teacher and recently got engaged. We are really good friends, in fact he is also really good friends with my DH. They talk a lot and occasionally hang out.
3rd high school BF: He was a jerk and still is a jerk. I see him occasionally because we are both still involved with an organization in our home state.

I found out recently that high school boyfriend #1 who I loved forever is a pretty major coke head. [ETA: he's successful but coke head makes him a loser in my mind.] And then high school boyfriend #2 changed religions and is a veterinarian. So very glad I ended up with just out of high school boyfriend #3 as my forever and ever guy.

My HS boyfriend and I are best friends! He's a teacher like me, unmarried and and unattached. There have been no feelings there for a long time and it feels like us dating was a lifetime ago (it basically was!).
The other BF I had in college is also unmarried, we're FB friends and I don't get the impression he's in any sort of relationship. He's a lawyer and I dodged a major bullet when he broke up with me even though he was a nice guy.
