Snow day for me and the kids, and even though Wagon Sr.'s work stayed open, he stayed home! Mostly because I still have to work from home and there's no way I could do that with both kids home all day! So... even though we are both kind of partly working from home, an unexpected family day. And not because we're all sick! Yay!

None yet, lol. I guess the house is clean so no cleaning today. Also the dinner I have planned is simple. But I think the yay will come in once I get to the gym.

Well...went to my GD appointment today...not all that much of a yay, but it's good to know what I need to be doing.
Also, DS was elected Terrific Kid for this month for his class, so he gets to be surprised with that on Friday.

My good friend had her baby last night and he's gorgeous and healthy!

DH cleaned the kitchen this morning!

DH got to stay home because of the snow and I have a hair appointment this afternoon. We got to have some family time and now he can watch M instead of adding $ for the babysitter on top of what I'm paying for my hair.

We have our elective gender scan tonight!! So excited!

I went to get my car key batteries replaced thinking it was going to be expensive....nope, $8. Totally made my day!
R is also taking a serious nap right now (and I should be cleaning, oh well! haha).

DH promised he'd vacuum the house tonight when he gets back from work before our house is filled with about 35 people for a get together. Fortunately, I'm not feeding them all (they're bringing the food) and am just providing a clean house but vacuuming is my least favorite chore of all time so I'm grateful DH offered to do it for me. Love that man!

LO slept 12 hours last night and we are going out of town with DH for his work trip tomorrow!

@lilyann: me too! Love getting my hair 'did'. My salon gives the most amazing scalp massage too and my stylist did it a little longer than normal for me today.

DH took the day off, we went grocery shopping while my mom watched LO and now to the museum with the pass she was gifted for Christmas! All yays!

i don't feel sick to my stomach (had a stomach bug a couple days ago and still felt queasy yesterday), so i am getting some work done today along with going through 1st birthday party pics!

my appetite is back after feeling under the weather since Monday....chicken alfredo is making me happy!

DD and I just made the best cookies EVER! peanut butter, chocolate chip and oatmeal...... so tempting to just keep eating them : /

I don't have anything I HAVE to do, so I can give in to first tri exhaustion and take a guilt free nap! Hooray for naps!

I made gyoza! I've never made anything like that before - I even made my own wrappers!! I will be cooking them in a few minutes for dinner so I have no idea if they will taste nice but they look great and I'm pleased as punch!! Look!

DD has actually stopped fussing and has goe to sleep! 7 more work days until DH's last day of work. Then we're off to vacay!
