I had a green smoothie: water, yogurt, banana, peaches and spinach.

I always have the same thing. English muffin with peanut butter and blueberries. And hot milky tea. I tend to eat the same thing for months (years?) until I can't handle it anymore. This has been my go-to since September or so.

Ham & Egg (sunny side up) on oat nut bread from home! And half a orange.

I usually have steel cut oats that have been soaked overnight in vanilla almond milk with blueberries and almonds.

I was so bad today! I went to Dunkin Donuts and got a small lite latte and a bran muffin. Doesn't sound so bad on paper, but when you look at the calores....awful! But I woke up starving and didn't have anything at home that appealed to me. Hello third trimester hunger!

Frosted mini wheats right out of the bag and chocolate milk.

Waffles and Borden chocolate milk. LOVE Borden's chocolate milk - their dutch chocolate is amazing.

usu. it's been oatmeal with brewer's yeast/flaxseed meal/pecans/blueberries/blackberries/raisins, for encouraging milk production.
but after a solid 2.5 weeks of the same thing, today i mixed it up and had the above ingredients with yogurt and pancakes sans oatmeal.

Protein shake--- lame!!! 3 more sleeps until I'm waking up in New Orleans to cafe au lait and beignets
