First I have a protein shake after my work out and then usually a Udi's bagel with Smuckers fruit and honey jam a couple of hours later.

i usually have a string cheese and greek yogurt. by "usually" i mean that's literally what i eat everyday and never change it... i'm a creature of habit.

I either eat a tofu and fruit smoothie, steel cut oats with fruit, apple with almond butter or a mini bagel with cream cheese. If I am buying from the cafeteria, I have egg whites with vegetables or a peanut butter sandwich on wheat.
Not very inspiring.

Mine is usually plain greek yogurt with frozen berries (microwaved for a minute) and granola.

I make a batch of diced potatoes (below) Sunday night and either make hardboiled eggs or scrambled eggs with bell pepper. Some mornings I'll add half an avocado also.

Overnight oats or a fruit smoothie with chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds. Sometimes a pb&j or hot oatmeal.

I love making those paleo egg muffins (basically mini frittatas). I usually do sausage (whatever's on sale, or no sausage if nothing's on sale), greens (kale, spinach, or chard), and beaten eggs. Sometimes I'll add cherry tomatoes and cheese. I usually sauté the veg, add 10-12 eggs and bake it in a Pyrex, then cut it into individual portions and freeze.
ETA: my husband loves shakshuka, but it gives me heartburn!

I always start with fruit (usually berries)
and then I do oatmeal with ginger, cinnamon & maple syrup & a hard boiled egg.

Around 9:30, I make a breakfast hash or a bagel. I'm totally ok with eating the same thing every single day.

I usually have one of these on weekdays:
-hardboiled egg and cottage cheese
-plain Icelandic yogurt with fruit/dried oatmeal/honey
-egg and veggie muffins (made ahead of time)
-ww toast with peanut butter/banana/honey
