glass of lemonade and cheerios with a banana in it and some coconut milk. Oh and half a pear.

At my desk right now ashamed to say I'm eating Chex Mix. I woke up to find that Mr. Polish had eaten all of what I was going to bring for lunch AND finished the milk. When something like that happens I simply cannot cook.

I made French toast this morning. I usually have oatmeal, but we ran out.

Scrambled eggs with kale and glass of Apple juice.
M loved the eggs with kale! Protein + Iron = YES!

Green smoothie: almond milk, OJ, frozen banana, vanilla protein powder, plain Greek yogurt and a whole bunch of baby spinach.

Another green smoothie here. Pineapple, banana, coconut milk, kale and chia seeds. I'm really starting to dig the green smoothie thing too

cinnamon raisin english muffin, tea, and half a container of yogurt. The other half I will eat when I get hungry in an hour or so.
