I am making the Pioneer Woman's pot roast. I got a late start bc DD2 took a looong mid-morning nap (11-2:15!) but it smells amazing.

Ds and I both had doctor appts this afternoon so dinner got brushed off. Dh made himself a frozen pizza and I had a salad.

Spaghetti carbonara over here. And LOTS of lettuce came in the csa box this week, so a salad too.

I had toast & marmalade + some strawberries. Not very exciting but it's all that sounded good!

Fried mandoo and leftover chicken pad thai for me. LO had mandoo, corn and grapes for dinner. DH is out of town for work
