Haven't seen one of these post lately....so what's for dinner?

Last night's leftover - sirloin & cauliflower casserole

Baked salmon over a giant salad. MMM.

We're making garlic roasted chicken legs with polenta and some kind of green. Was supposed to be Asparagus because Aldi had a good sale. But of of course they were all out. Lame.
We're also trying a red lobster cheddar biscuit hack.

Tonight is grilled hamburgers (chicken for me) with grilled veggies and pasta salad. We are pretending it's warmer here

We're going out to dinner with family.

Lasagna from my mom. All I gotta do is stick it in the oven.

Beef lettuce cups.

Chicken Parmigiana and roasted asparagus.

I batch grilled a variety of meat on the BBQ last night and baked sweet potatoes on the coals, so we have chicken drumsticks, pork riblets, and sausages ready to go with some sweet potatoes and frozen veg. We'll basically be eating whatever we feel like of the bunch every night.

Last night's leftovers. I made a pasta sauce from pureed broccoli, carrots and snow peas mixed with tomato sauce, plus sweet italian sausage. Then poured it over macaroni, in an attempt to make something LO can eat with us. She ate like...3 noodles with the sauce (baby food fail!) and then me and DH pigged out.
Luckily there's enough for tonight as well.
