Sadly, I dictate what goes into the salad lol. Hope DH doesn't mind!

Steaks tomorrow and baked chicken today. Both meals will be with a salad.
I sort of want dessert so I keeping dinner light in calories. -
@Leialou: That sounds so good!! We are having salads with leftover grilled chicken. Hopefully DH's flight won't be late and he will be home to have a late dinner with me.

No idea, it was supposed to be pulled BBQ chicken, but this lady forgot to put it in the crockpot this morning. DH said he would pick us up something to eat. Wife/Mom Fail today!

We had such a rotten day, I think it's just going to be pizza, whether we end up getting carry out or something frozen from TJs.

I made a pork roast in the crock pot yesterday, so last night we had bbq pork sandwiches and tonight we're having pork tacos.

Leftovers... noodles in peanut sauce that I made yesterday. Leftovers are not appealing to me these days, but we have SO much of the noodles. Argh!

Southwestern chicken salad: mixed greens, avocado, blackened chicken, black beans, red onions, leftover spicy cabbage slaw (thinly sliced cabbage, carrots and jalapeño) with a cilantro/olive oil/lime dressing.

Well, the interstate I take to get home was closed down due to a tanker accident, and I figured that the back roads would be congested with diverted traffic, so E and I went to Qdoba in the mall where his daycare is...I figured if we were going to be stuck in the car for a long time we should at least be fed
E had a chicken quesadilla with pinto beans and I had some sort of grilled chicken salad and mango salad with a red pepper dressing? I don't remember what they called it, exactly, but it was good!

I had Chipotle around 2-3ish, so I'm just doing half of a peanut butter sammich and some cottage cheese and calling it good.
I also may have had 4 chocolate chip cookies...
