I am only doing this because I prepared a WINNER tonight 
Marinated chicken on a stick (dark meat and baby portabellas in Italian dressing)...IDK how it tasted, this was strictly for Mr. Lime.
Warm spinach salad (my take on Buca Di Beppos') I flavored the balsamic vinaigrette with ginger, brown sugar, and garlic. I subbed the pecans for pepitas and tossed them in melted butter, brown sugar, and sriracha hot sauce. Yum Yum
What did prepare, order, or re-heat?

I made a sausage pasta bake: whole wheat penne with chicken sausage, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and some mozzarella cheese tossed and baked in 1/2 tomato sauce and 1/2 plain greek yogurt. It as my first time making it and DH and DD loved it. The yogurt makes it thick and creamy

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: It sounds "fancy", but it is so easy! We just use a small, heavy all-clad saucepan with lid. Using thick cuts of fish or fish steaks works better than using filets. Just put a little liquid in the pan and heat to a simmer, add fish, cover and cook for about 10 minutes, just until it turns opaque. For liquid you can use stock, white wine, herbs, whatever combinations you like. Garlic and shallots are especially good. The fish is super tender and juicy.

Honey lime cilantro chicken with jasmine rice and a side of broccoli.
DH has been having a long commute lately until we move on Saturday so I had a cheese, grape and nut platter waiting for him when he got home today beforehand! Mmmmmm
