We are having left over curry and rice! Also probably a salad too. Hehe.

Don't know yet! I have sugar snap peas, boneless skinless chicken breast and jasmine rice on the docket.

@Raindrop I LOVE Blue Apron!! My husband and I tried a bunch of different services (HelloFresh, HomeChef, and Plated were the others) and found that it was our favorite for sure. I really like how you can use all of their recipes, even if it is from a box or a meal that you didn't get.

Pork with black bean sauce and a side of roasted cauliflower. The kids also have sides of cucumber and avocado on their plates.

@Raindrop I definitely recommend trying all of them (including Plated and HomeChef). You usually get a coupon for a couple of free meals with your first order no matter what service you get, and you can see what recipes work best for you.

@Raindrop: ha! We didn't get home till 5:30 and dinner is at 6. I ended up making fish balls and sauté the sugar snap peas and thank good for express cooking mode on the rice cooker. I wanted something I knew the girls would eat since DD1 is sick.
