I need to get my act together! It's been a really busy work week for me for travel, but I have chicken enchiladas planned for tonight. Hope I can pull it off!

I marinated some chicken in buttermilk. I'll bake that and then I have to figure out what to serve with it. DD will be getting up from her nap any minute now so I'm guessing rice and TJs steam in bag green beans since that is the easiest.

Bratwurst and sautéed squash, I think.

Nothing fancy tonight because we have some after-school activities, but tomorrow I'm trying out Smitten Kitchen's Marsala Pasta Bake!

My mom brought over meatballs with pasta and sauce she made - I don't have to cook!

Sweet potato chili with corn tortilla chips, avocado and salad

Baked chicken drummettes (I have 4 different sauces and I'm really excited about them), baked potatoes and mixed veggies

We're flying out tomorrow so I didn't want to buy more food and cook....so pizza and Caesar salad takeout!

Scrambled eggs and toast. I've done enough cooking this week and my toddler has refused to eat all of it, so I went for an easy win.

@winniebee: in Portland Bonobo followed by Otto. Leonardo's for cheap pizza. Don't know any good ones in falm or Yarmouth but in Freeport we LOVE Tuscan brick oven (same owners as the Royal river grill house in Yarmouth over the water)

@yoursilverlining: never tried bonobos before but it looks awesome! We are super close to ricettas so we usually get from there. I love Royal river grill house so we will have to try the Tuscan brick oven!

@winniebee: I grew up in Portland! My mom/stepfather are still in Portland and my dad/stepmother are in Cumberland. I live in MA right now but we go visit them a ton! We are hoping to move back in the next year or two.

Spaghetti and (frozen) meatballs in vodka sauce for me and the girls because DH is out tonight. Peas for them, tomato & burrata salad for me. Yes, I'm counting that as my veggie.
