DH is working until 1am so I need to eat dinner solo. I don't feel like cooking so I'm trying to decide between Taco Bell or Thai food. Both options sound equally delicious! Yes, I'm dreaming about dinner at 1:54 pm!

Yeah my DH works til 10:30 tonight. booo. I usually cook anyway before then he has food when he gets home, and leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
But I don't have the ingredients for the meal I originally planned... oops.
So not sure what I'm gonna do.
Although, I haven't even had lunch yet and it's 4pm.. oops. umm... I had a late breakfast lol

I was supposed to make stuffed bell peppers but that doesn't sound very appealing to me now.

I have many options to choose from, which is a first:
1) My mom made seaweed soup for LO's birthday and there is a lot leftover
2) I have leftover penne alfredo from last night
3) Green mango salad
I'm so hungry now!

Wow I am suddently craving Thai food...maybe this weekend!
We are having grilled hamburgers, pasta salad, corn on the cob, and brownies for dessert! My friend who has been a "single" mom the last couple weeks due to her husband being out of town for work is coming over with the kids so I wanted a nice full meal for her!

I've had no motivation to cook and have had the appetite of a 6 year old as of late, so I'll probably bat my eyelashes at DH and ask him to make me some mac and cheese or a grilled cheese and tomato soup when he gets home.
